Additional 1365 beds

Collegiate AC, one of the UK’S leading providers of award-winning student accommodation, has been appointed to manage a further 10 properties in the heart of England. The new properties will comprise of more than 1,365 beds and further expands the company’s portfolio of student accommodation across the UK.

Collegiate has taken over the management of the buildings and student accommodation from
Study Inn. The new properties are located in the popular student cities of Cambridge, Nottingham, Sheffield and Coventry – where Collegiate will now be managing 7 properties in the city.

The properties further extend the range of accommodation that Collegiate is able to offer and help the company meet its objectives of delivering excellent student experiences for its customers. The agreement will see Collegiate bring its award winning management to the buildings and the running of the accommodation for students.
