Collegiate AC, one of the UK’S leading providers of award-winning student accommodation, has expanded its presence on the south coast of England adding an additional 300 beds across four properties in Portsmouth and Southampton.

Collegiate has taken over the running of the buildings and accommodation from UniLife in a drive to further grow its presence in the UK and to deliver a range of accommodation that meets the diverse needs of students.
The 300 new beds will be split across four properties, with three located in Portsmouth and one in Southampton. The agreement will see Collegiate take over the management of the buildings and the running of the accommodation for students.
