New Appointment

Collegiate AC Ltd, one of the UK’s leading providers of contemporary Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), has appointed Rob Moyle as its new CEO.  Rob will have overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and growth in partnership with Arlington Advisors Limited.

Collegiate AC became a wholly owned subsidiary of Arlington Advisors Limited (Arlington) this month, which represents the shareholders of a portfolio comprising 13,635 student beds in the UK.

Rob was appointed as the new CEO of Collegiate AC by Arlington Advisors.  Prior to joining Collegiate, he was Operations Director at Arlington with responsibility for its student accommodation portfolio and prior to that had operational responsibility for Campus Living Villages’ 40,000 beds internationally.

Collegiate AC, who celebrates its 10th anniversary next year, is an effective and proven operator in developing and managing student accommodation.  The business manages and operates several student accommodation brands in the UK, including CollegiateUNIVERSE.CITY, Prima Vidae and The Neighbourhood, providing a range of accommodation to meet the different needs of students.  In total, Collegiate AC is responsible for around 3,550 student beds over 16 properties in 13 cities across the UK.
